Privacy Policy

How Medicare Options Now handles information you choose to provide.

Information you choose to provide

When you use a comparison questionnaire or request a connection, we may collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, state, coverage interests, and the answers you provide. We may also record technical information needed to operate the site, prevent abuse, understand referral sources, and document consent.

How information is used

Information you submit may be used to provide the service you requested, operate and improve the site, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain consent or compliance records, and identify a licensed insurance company or broker that may be able to respond to your request.

When information may be shared

Medicare Options Now may be compensated for connecting consumers who request assistance with licensed insurance companies or brokers. Before personal beneficiary information collected for Medicare marketing or enrollment purposes is shared with another recipient, the applicable recipient and contact disclosure must be presented for the consumer's review and consent. We do not post form responses publicly.

Sensitive information

Our public comparison form does not ask for your Social Security number, Medicare ID, banking details, payment card information, or account passwords. Do not send those items through ordinary website forms or email.

Advertising and analytics

The site may use analytics or advertising technologies to understand visits and campaign performance. We do not intentionally send the detailed answers from your Medicare questionnaire to advertising platforms as advertising event data.

Your questions or requests

To ask about information you previously submitted or request correction or deletion where applicable, contact Medicare Options Now using the address shown on our Contact page. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, consent, or compliance purposes.
